Join us for First Friday at Behn Gallery featuring live music by Akili Ni Mali, an independent recording artist whose sound blends R&B, soul, jazz, and pop.
Known for powerful vocals and emotive storytelling, Akili brings a rich, expressive presence to every performance. Her work has received growing recognition, including being named one of the featured artists for Art & Soul 2025 by the Indy Arts Council, and her breakout single “UP” has surpassed 1,000,000 Spotify streams.
